Shipping Times
Parcels will be dispatched the working day following receipt of order from schools or following receipt of payment for private purchases.
Delivery time is approximately 7-10 calendar days following dispatch.
Returns
A full refund (minus the shipping cost) will be provided on goods received in original condition within 28 days of dispatch from warehouse.
Please allow 2 working days processing time (after receiving) for refunds which will be paid in the same way as the resources were originally purchased.
For any returns, shipping is to be at the customer's expense.
